Tuscaloosa. — The University of Alabama’s Department of Art and Art History is pleased to present the Hannah Christopher, wood, lace and ceramic, installation, 2019bachelor of fine arts solo exhibition of Hannah Christopher, titled Force of Family. The exhibition will be held July 29- August 2, 2019, at the Sella-Granata Art Gallery in Woods Hall on UA campus. A closing reception for the artist will be held First Friday, August 2 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. in the gallery.

Christopher has created uniquely designed, hand-crafted furniture in wood and metal, and other home furnishings, including ceramic lampshades, hanging and standing lamps, a storage chest that doubles as a coffee table, a five-sided dining table with six stools, set with a handmade ceramic table setting.

After graduation, Christopher hopes to find a home for her creations in a professional design gallery.
