Holly Welch (BFA 2019, digital media) was hired as a graphic designer for JumpCrew in Nashville, Tenn., in 2020. Welch said that this is a new company and has grown quickly. “JumpCrew is a sales and marketing agency, so as a graphic designer there, I create ads and layouts for client products. I love working there so far, and the atmosphere and people are great.” Welch said that JumpCrew has been named one of the top small businesses to work for in Nashville and was named a top workplace by the Tennessean for the past couple of years.
