Alumna Graphic Designer Speaks to Students About Life After UA

Alumna Anna Sella (BFA 2020) visited Jonathan Cumberland’s graphic design portfolio class (ART 414) this week. Sella, who has won ADDY awards as a student and a professional graphic designer, designed for the Nashville Film Festival, Culverhouse College of Business, and supervised the Marketing Program for the University Recreation Marketing Team, is now a senior art director at GRO Marketing in Tuscaloosa. She talked to students about what to expect in interviews and on the job, and how to prepare to meet with employers. She then met with students individually and discussed their portfolios.
