A book chapter by Dr. Cathy Pagani, professor of art history, “Chinese Material Culture and British Perceptions of China in the Mid-nineteenth Century” originally published in Colonialism and the Object: Empire, Material Culture and the Museum, has been selected for inclusion on the forthcoming digital platform, Routledge Historical Resources: 19th Century Empire.

Dr. Jennifer Feltman, assistant professor of art history, presented her paper, “The Afflicted Body and the Aesthetic of Wholeness in Gothic Sculpture,” at the virtual 14th Annual Imago Conference, University of Haifa, Israel, in January.
