Artist, alumni and Wellness Walls for Art curator Deborah Hughes has assembled an exhibition of her own favorites – works that she and husband Martin Bakker have chosen over the years to display in their home. Full House – When An Artist Collects the Work of Other Artists will be on display June 24 through September 30, 2019, in the University Medical Center. The exhibition will feature 30 works from the Collection of Deborah Hughes and Martin Bakker with a special showing of paintings by Chris Metzger on the east wall.
Wellness Walls for Art is an ongoing series of exhibitions sponsored by the University Medical Center, 850 Peter Bryce Boulevard, Tuscaloosa, Ala. Exhibition hours are Mon. – Fri. 8:00- 5:00.
