Tuscaloosa’s Cultural Arts Center Hosts Exhibit of Works by Artist Bryce Speed

Tuscaloosa, AL. — The Arts Council of Tuscaloosa will present “Between the Clouds” at the Dinah Washington Cultural Arts Center Feb. 7 – 28, 2014.
